This one-day, hands-on class is all about bold flavours and practical cooking skills. Teens will cook a range of street food favourites from scratch. Fun, fast-paced, and focused on real techniques, it’s a great way to build confidence in the kitchen—plus you’ll get to enjoy everything you make.

Arrive at 9.45 am for coffee or tea whilst you watch a short demonstration and run through the day’s recipes. You will then cook dishes that will be suitable for lunch, which you can enjoy with a glass of wine.

Monday 16th March 2026 - Wednesday 18th March 2026 10am – 4.30pm The WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) Level 2 Award in Wines is a beginner- to intermediate-level qualification exploring wines, suitable for industry professionals and wine enthusiasts. Taught by Richard Bouglet from L’Art du Vin, this three-day course is fully accredited by Ofqual as part of the UK Government’s Qualifications & Credits Framework as a Level 2 Vocational Qualification. This qualification is intended for beginners wishing to learn about a wide range of wines or those seeking to build on the introductory knowledge gained with the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines. You’ll gain knowledge of the principal and regionally important grape varieties of the world, the regions in which they are grown, and the styles of wine they produce. Through a combination of tasting and theory, you’ll explore the factors that impact style and quality and learn how to describe these wines with confidence.
