If your passion for food extends beyond cooking for friends, we run a variety of professional courses for amateur chefs. These are specifically designed for people who want to work in the food industry or who are keen to hone their skills with professional training.

Hannah Innes

Hannah Innes completed the Six Month Diploma in 2014. Since then she has been working hard in the kitchens of fine dining establishments in Edinburgh to hone the skills she learnt at the Cookery School. She now runs her own business and works as a freelance chef.

Rukmini Iyer, former student on our Three Month Intermediate Certificate Course and MasterChef contestant 2013. Whilst working as a trainee solicitor, she realised cooking was her real passion & decided to change to do what she loved.

We often rent out the school for filming, demonstrations and events.  We recently worked with Thermapen on a blogger evening which included a demonstration, practical cookery session and dinner. This video shows the cookery school in action.
