Billingsgate Fish Course with C.J. Jackson – Weekend of 27th and 28th March

We will be welcoming C.J. Jackson for the weekend of the 27th and 28th March. She will be bringing the successful Billingsgate Seafood Training School’s courses to Edinburgh New Town Cookery School. The first day’s class is “Catch of the Day”- preparation and cooking of flat fish and the second day is “Shellfish” - preparation and cooking of different types of shellfish.

Saturday 13th February – Easy Entertaining - Valentine’s Day Special Course

Cook a special Valentine’s Day meal with or for a loved one. Start the day at 9.45 am and cook Oysters Rockefeller served with a glass of Champagne, Grilled Marinated Honey and Lime Salmon and Chocolate Panna Cotta with Berry Compote.

Edinburgh New Town Cookery School will be closed over the Christmas period from 25th December until 4th January. We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our customers and friends a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Courses start again in January so keep an eye out for new events in 2010.
