We’re delighted to share that we are partnering with Vegware, the Edinburgh-founded compostable foodservice packaging specialist with a global reach. We have been learning all about Vegware, and wanted to share some interesting facts with you too…

Vegware’s mission is simple but powerful: to make sustainability practical, visible and embedded in everyday food operations. They design and supply plant-based, compostable packaging, alongside clear guidance on how it should be collected and composted with food waste. As a fellow Edinburgh-founded organisation, Vegware shares our belief that the future of food depends on skill, craft, education and responsibility. We both believe that sustainability isn’t an add-on; it’s part of how modern kitchens should think and operate.
