WSET - Intermediate Course Level 2

Edinburgh New Town Cookery School hold both Foundation Level and Intermediate Level 2 Wine and Spirit Education Trust Courses

The WSET Intermediate LEVEL 2 Course covers all the major grape varieties, wine styles and regions. It includes: Food & wine matching; How to taste systematically; Other styles (Champagne, sweet wines, sherry etc.); Spirits & liqueurs …  and much else besides. No prior knowledge is assumed, but by the end you should have a really good, basic grasp of the subject.

The course starts on Thursday May 13^th at 2pm at the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School on Queen Street and runs for six weeks. It ends on June 24^th with an hour long exam.
