Tapas and Spanish Wine Tasting Workshop

This one day workshop will combine a cookery class with a wine tasting. We will be showing you how to make a range of delicious tapas in the morning and then when you have made your dishes you will take them through to the dining room where you will eat them at leisure whilst Tom Bruce Gardyne leads you through a tasting of some of the Wine Society Spanish wines and sherries that have been specially selected to match the dishes you have created.

The Tapas made on the course will include:

Mejillas de cerdo estofadas / Spanish Brasied Pork Cheeks
Cazón en Adobo / Marinated deep fried fish
Espinacas con Garbanzos / Spinach with Chickpeas
Jamón Serrano
