Tapas
On this one day cookery workshop at The Edinburgh New Town Cookery School we will be teaching you how to make Spanish Tapas. The day starts at 9.45 with coffee and a demonstration and, with a break for lunch whilst you can sample some of your dishes, draws to a close at 4pm. Recipes covered include:
Tortilla Española / Spanish Omelette
Patatas Bravas with Chorizo / Spicy Potatoes with Chorizo
Espinacas con Garbanzos / Spinach with Chickpeas
Gambas al Ajillo y Perejil / Prawns with Garlic, Parsley and Chilli
Mejillas de Vaca Estofadas/ Spanish braised beef cheeks
