Spring and Summer Seasonal Cooking

On this one day practical cookery workshop at The Edinburgh New Town Cookery School we will be cooking food that is at its best at this time of the year and showing you how to make the most of food which is in season and at its best. The day starts at 9.45am with coffee and a run through of the day's recipes. You will cook some of the dishes for lunch and the rest will be cooked in the afternoon for you to take home.

The recipes covered include:

Asparagus, Mozzarella, Parma Ham and Rocket Pesto Tarts

Summer Tray Baked Trout with Lemon Scented Peas and Beans

Warm Chicken Salad with Orange and Walnut Dressing

Griddled Courgette and Mint Salad

Summer Berry and Mascarpone Tart
