On this one day cookery workshop we are cooking food that is abundant in the Autumn, concentrating on game recipes and using orchard fruits. The recipes you will learn to cook are:

Roast Beetroot Salad

Game Terrine & Cumberland sauce

Pheasant in an Apple and Cider sauce

Fillet of Venison with sweet red pepper sauce

Honey roast veg 

Normandy Pear Tart

Baked vanilla cheesecake with port soaked plums
