Flavours of Spain

The flavours and scents of Spain will be in the kitchen on this one day workshop at The Edinburgh New Town Cookery School.We will be showing you how to make these delicious and colourful dishes. The day starts at 9.45 am with coffee or tea, a short demonstration and a run through of the recipes. In the morning we will be concentrating on Tapas, which you will have for lunch with a glass of wine, In the afternoon we will be making other Spanish favourites for you to take home.

Broad Bean, Ham and Quails Egg Salad (Habas, ensalada de huevo de codorniz y jamón de)

Meatballs in Spicy Tomato Sauce (Albóndgas con Salsa Picante)

Empanada (A Galician speciality - yeasted pastry enclosing pork, chorizo and peppers)
