Saturday 13th February – Easy Entertaining - Valentine’s Day Special Course
Cook a special Valentine’s Day meal with or for a loved one. Start the day at 9.45 am and cook Oysters Rockefeller served with a glass of Champagne, Grilled Marinated Honey and Lime Salmon and Chocolate Panna Cotta with Berry Compote.
You have the choice of eating the prepared food round the kitchen table or taking it away with you to enjoy later. The day draws to a close, after lunch, at approximately 2.30 pm

27th and 28th March - Billingsgate Seafood Training School 2 day Fish Course
This course will take place over the weekend and will be led by the Billingsgate Seafood Training School’s Director, C.J. Jackson. C.J., a leading expert in fish preparation and cookery, has recently published The Billingsgate Market Cookbook and is the author of the renowned Leith’s Fish Bible. She has taught for many years having worked at both Cordon Bleu and Leiths School of Food and Wine, where she was Vice Principal, before she helped to set up the Seafood Training School which she now runs.
Day one – “Catch of the Day” – preparation and cooking of round and flat fish
Day two – “Shellfish” – Preparation and cooking of different types of shellfish
Price for 2 days - £320 each
