Carving Course

Have you ever felt that when faced with a joint of meat to carve you don’t know where to start? At the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School we have the answer. This carving course is an evening event with dinner. Arrive at 6.30 and have a glass of wine whilst you watch a variety of joints being carved and have a go yourself, if you wish. Then enjoy a 2 course dinner in the dining room which will include some of the meats that have been carved in the demonstration.
