Carving Course
Have you ever felt that when faced with a joint of meat to carve you don’t know where to start? At the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School we have the answer. This carving course is an evening event with dinner.
Arrive at 6.30 and have a glass of wine whilst you learn about keeping your knives sharp, watch various joints of meat being carved and have a go yourself, if you wish. This will take approximately one hour and then you proceed to the dining room where a 2 course dinner is served with more wine. The dinner includes the meats that have been carved and is laid out as a buffet for you to help yourselves to. After pudding and coffee or tea the evening draws to a close at approximately 9.30pm.
