Baking Day

This course is for those who have an interest in baking but would like to take it further. They should feel they know how to bake basic recipes but would like to learn some other, and possibly, more complicated baking recipes. At the end of your baking day you will leave with a collection of fantastic baked goods including biscuits, cakes, breads and pastries. Arrive at 9.45 am for coffee and the class will start at approximately 10am. We will stop for lunch and carry on baking in the afternoon. The day will draw to a close at approximately 4.00 pm.

Coloured Macaroons

Lemon Syrup Sponge

Walnut Bread

Buttermilk Scones

Rich Chocolate and Almond Cake with Chocolate Ganache
