Leila took our 6 Month Diploma Course and graduated in March 2014. Since leaving Leila has worked with various catering companies and is now based in Norfolk where she is freelancing for catering companies and cooking for her own private clients.
We asked Leila to talk about the time she spent with us at ENTCS and where her training has led her up to now.

Roly had a 12 year career in estate agency prior to coming to Edinburgh New Town Cookery School to undertake our 6 Month Diploma Course. He completed the course in early September 2016 and has been working in a central Edinburgh cafe since then. He has recently set up his own supper club and bespoke catering business called Toasted Radish and can be hired to cook for dinner parties and other events in the Edinburgh area. Laura Bell had been working in financial services for 20 years before she decided on a career change. Laura completed the Six Month Diploma at Edinburgh New Town Cookery School in March 2015. Since she left Laura has set up a business called “A Mouthful of Heaven” and she supplies beautiful meringues as wedding favours, for corporate gifts, or as an alternative to cake, dessert or canapés. Hannah Innes completed the Six Month Diploma at Edinburgh New Town Cookery School in 2014. Since then she has been working hard in the kitchens of fine dining establishments in Edinburgh to hone the skills she learnt at the Cookery School. She now runs her own business and works as a freelance chef. Here she explains how she turned her hobby into her career.
